After ATP DB Password Change User Account Is Keep Getting Locked By OIC Integrations Even After Updating New Password In Connection (Doc ID 3014688.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.1.2 version, Adapter - Database - Oracle Databases (DBaaS, ADW, ATP)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After ATP Password change, customer noticed the DB is locked even  updating password in OIC DB Connection.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
DB account should not get locked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Updated ATP DB Password.
2. Change updated password in connection
3. Reactivate all integrations.
