Symptoms

After defining a strategy segment by profile class, and running the 'Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment' job, the strategies are correctly assigned for most customer, but not all.

: Manage Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignments

  1. Define a strategy segment and assign to a specific profile class
  2. Run the 'Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment' and verify strategies are assigned as expected
