Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Zoom Integration Error: "Something went wrong. Try again later." (Doc ID 3014728.1)

Symptoms

Problem:

 An error occurs when a user clicks the Validate Integration button when configuring Zoom integration.

Steps:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to
  Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
  Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
  Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
2. Expand the Zoom Integration section and click Edit.
3. Select Active and enter the Client ID and Client Secret.
4. Click Save.
5. Click Edit then click Validate Integration. Click OK when the confirmation message is displayed.
6. Click Save.
7. Upon clicking Validate integration a confirmation pops up "You might need to provide your authorization for the Zoom integration to validate the integration. Continue anyway?"
8. click OK
9. A window opens with error: Something went wrong. Try again later.
