JET: Display sequence missing in usage screen

OHI Version: 4.23.1.0.3

DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE
=====================
Not able to change the display sequence in the usage screen, even though this field is mandatory. In ADF this is possible, but in JET this field is not visible. We need it to set the display sequence of the fields but also when obsoleting a field.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Usages -> search for usage -> edit -> try to change display sequence.
WORKAROUND: Use the API or ADF. However, ADF will not be supported in the next release.
