AIF/PMO: Why Is Recommended Status Changing From Approved to Reviewed Without User Edits? (Doc ID 3014890.1)

Goal

Manage Recommendation screen has different status positions today than at end of day yesterday that were not changed by the user. These items that were in a Recommended Status of Approved yesterday and now are in a Reviewed status. These items were not exported yesterday. 

Why did the Recommendation status for these items change?
