Symptoms

When a user attempts to open a record assigned to them the following error occurs:

An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the Business Process record as the assigned task user.
  2. Observe the aforementioned error.
