Inventory Adjustment Option Not Available For Build To Sell Item On Product Transformation Screen

Goal
The product transformation screen has the option to remove the stocks against one item and distributing the same stock against multiple items i.e. break to sell type of inventory adjustment.
But, apparently, there is no option to remove the stocks from multiple items and add the sum of the stocks against one item SOH i.e. there is no option to perform inventory adjustment against build to sell item on product transformation screen.
The reason code used is 8888 - Item Transformation. Please advise how to perform inventory adjustments against build to sell items.
