Symptoms


User A has created a requisition and submitted for approval. The requisition was approved at 3 levels and was pending for further approval. User A has reassigned the requisition to a different user B. After the requisition is reassigned the approval process restarted from the 1st approver instead of continuing from the previous level.

Steps to replicate the issue are:
1. User A created and submitted a requisition for approval.
2. The requisition was approved 3 times and pending for further approvals.
3. User A reassigned the requisition to User B.
4. The approval process restarted from the 1st approver instead of continuing from the previous approver.

Expected Result: The approval process is not to be affected even after a requisition is reassigned by the preparer.
