OCI Secure Desktops: Single Desktop Shows Black Screen When Launching (Doc ID 3015490.1)

Symptoms

User reports that they are able to start the secure desktop but it just shows a black screen when launched.  Other users/desktops in the same pool do not have the issue.

A 'tail -f /var/log/messages' while the failing user tried to bring up their desktop and saw these messages reported:
