[MFCS] Error in file upload screen "Upload orders from file" PROD
ERROR

"Error ORA-00920: invalid relational operator returned by program unit CFA_VALIDATE_SQL.VALIDATE_ATTRIB."
"Error ORA-00927: missing equals sign returned by program unit CFA_VALIDATE_SQL.VALIDATE_ATTRIB."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CREATE A PURCHASE ORDER WITHOUT ATTRIBUTES (ORDHEAD_CFA)
2. DOWNLOAD PURCHASE ORDER TEMPLATE WITH CFA
3. EDIT AND UPLOAD CHANGES WITH TEMPLATE
4. VALIDATE AND FIND THAT NO CHANGE WAS DONE
5. FIND THE ERROR
7. CHANGE THE SYSTEM IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE
8. REPEAT THE PREVIOUS STEPS
