Symptoms
On : 24.A.06 version, Integration
OFS-Maintenance Cloud Accelerator Integration fail to Activate with the error: Adapter can not find any Resources under selected application. Please contact the Administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OIC
2. Install Maintenance Cloud Accelerator Accelerator
3. Select one of the integrations and click "Activate"
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the OFS-Maintenance Integration will not Activate and synchronization will not start.
