Encountering Error Message "Unable to Process Operation" When Accessing FDI Console (Doc ID 3015744.1)

Symptoms

Upon logging into the FDI console, encountered the following error message:

"There was an error. Unable to process the operation . Contact your service administration or Oracle Support for an update on this issue.”

Additionally, upon accessing the report configuration under both the basic and advanced tabs, no content is displayed, and unable to process the operation error persists on the screen
