Symptoms

This observation is there when the Shipment action 'Set Exchange Rate' is being executed in OTM Shipment Management.

While the Shipment action Set Exchange Rate is being executed on any Shipment and-
- If this is executed for the previous exchange date, then the 'Functional Amount' value is NOT populated
- For any other date, 'Functional Amount' value is populated
