Symptoms

When trying to delete Grade Step the following error occurs: You can't delete the grade step 5 because it's associated with an assignment. (PER-1530558)

Steps:
1. My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Workforce Structures
2. Search Grades > Search for the grade
3. Select the grade and click on Edit > Update
