Symptoms

SVC_PROCESS_TRACKER not being purged for RMSSUB_XCOSTCHG the daily purge process is not deleting all the data for the cost change upload from SVC_PROCESS_TRACKER.

Customer advised that the RMSSUB_XCOSTCHG key is not present on table s9t_template
