Symptoms

When attempting to use the Redwood Customization Helper tool with username and password, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Invalid Username or Password. Try again

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HCM Redwood UX Customization Helper > Select Module Names > Enter URL, Username and Password > Error
