Delete Promotion With CFAs (Doc ID 3016545.1)

Goal

After a promotional offer is associated with CFAs it cannot be deleted as there is an error when saving the changes. The error message in the screen is :

"An application error has occurred"

In the logger_logs table it can be observed the following:
"sql_lib.create_msg message:@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-02292: integrity constraint (RMS01.OCE_RPO_FK) violated - child record found@2RPM_PROMO_OFFER_MAINT_SQL.DELETE_PROMO_OFFER ORA-02292: integrity constraint (RMS01.OCE_RPO_FK) violated - child record found"
