ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Projects imported via XER files from P6 have blank Start and Finish dates
When importing XER projects from P6 into OPC and when navigating to the Activities page, Start and Finish dates are blank.
To show information in the Start and Finish date fields, a schedule is necessary. After schedulling, Start and Finish show the dates.
When importing an XML file, Start and Finish dates are shown right after importing, without the need to reschedule the Project.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import the P6 XER file. and create a new project.
2. Select the imported project go to Activities page.
3. Verify start and finish date.
4. Observe Start and finish date fields display blank.These fields are populated after schedulling the project.
