Symptoms
In OTM or GTM Enhanced Workbench (EWB), customer is unable to see all the columns available on the Screenset or Finder Set.
For an example, a screenset being used in EWB is having 15 columns on the screenset Result tab. When customer is opening the EWB, they see only 5 columns and not the remaining columns through workbench. However, if they add the screenet on Menu link- they can see all 15 columns as listed.
