Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When loading an Organization HDL file with intent to end date person Costing, the file imports and loads successfully, but a new record is created which is effective from the next date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The record should end date automatically with no new record being created.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load an Organization HDL file successfully with intent to end date person Costing.
2. Observe that a new record is created the day after.
