Symptoms

After 24A, Custom Sourcing / Rate Maintenance Upload Rates ADF page was deprecated.

You've adjusted the SOURCING menu / Upload Rates - to reflect the new link with path /GC3/glog.webserver.home.HomeServlet?ojr=coreotm%3Bsrc%3D%252FGC3%252Fglog.webserver.home.ManagerServlet%253FbcKey%253Dnew%2526ojr%253Dsourcing%252Fuploadrates%252Fuploadrates%2526title%253Dmenu.UploadRates

But you are seeing an extra home menu bar.
