SOA Marketplace Loss Mount : /u01/soacs/dbfs_directio (Doc ID 3016796.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4 version, Runtime Issues, Performance and Monitoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

MFT on Marketplace loss mount : /u01/soacs/dbfs_directio

While using MFT costume noticed that some transfers where not being completed

Upon checking they noticed that the mount directory /u01/soacs/dbfs_directio was not mounted (now showing).

Customer proceeded to restart the MFT node which remounted the DBFS directory whih solved the issue

After this both mount point where seen and the MFT processes started to work again
