Revision Is Not Getting Created In Ordhead_rev When Not After Date Has Been Changed Through Uploader (Doc ID 3016867.1)

Goal

Revision is not getting created in Ordhead_rev when 'Not after date 'has been changed through uploader.

PO was initially created on 22 Feb with a different not after Date. However the user has updated the PO today and we can see the date has been changed but within the same revision. In some instances the revision is getting created while for some PO's its not working.
Based on the revision they understand the there has been an update in the PO and send an email to the supplier automatically using a BI Publishers Report.

Since the Revision is not getting updated they are unable to send this PO pdf to the suppliers and they are not able to get the order correctly.
