Symptoms

Links such as Configuration, Onboard, etc. are missing in the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of Recruiting.

When using More Actions > Start Process you immediately receive the error: The communication with the Onboarding (Transitions) Center could not be established.

Changes

 This typically occurs after a zone restart.
