Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Primavera Data Service (PDS) output format for Date Data Elements (DEs) is inconsistent.
For example:
- Date format example: 20231115T041924.000Z
- Date format example: 2024-02-13 00:00:00
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Date formats should be consistent for all Date DEs.
