Symptoms

Item Induction is getting stuck in Status New (N), after uploading the .ods template file.

Using select count(1) from svc_item_master where PROCESS$STATUS = 'N' the results show ~15k records are stuck in New status.

Expectation is 1k or 2k record updates per file/day but volume can be much higher.

The following actions are required:
1: Find what is the root cause for this behavior.
2: Unlock the stuck induction process.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create one .ods template file for item induction with more than 1k items
2. Start the item induction process via UI
3. Look at Review Status UI, or query as above that the status remains in New after some hours.
