Symptoms

While communicating the PO to OBN, the user is seeing the following error: Unable to invoke endpoint URI "https://osn-prod.oracle.com/HTTPService/ProcessSOAPCollaborationMessage" successfully due to: oracle.fabric.common.PolicyEnforcementException: WSM-00154 : The empty or all-spaces value set explicitly for property Credential CSF Key is detected and it is not valid value.
