On : 24 B version, Post Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to see the new Quotes List UI in 24B

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Admin page.
2. Click Process Definition in the Commerce and Documents section.
3. Click on the Name link for the applicable.
4. Select the Redwood option for the Quotes List Layout setting.
5. Click Apply or Update.
6. Deploy the Commerce process

Open the Transaction Manager and noticed it is still showing the Legacy UI.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the new Quotes List UI.
