Symptoms

When attempting to run the recalculate retroactive process the following error occurs:

The STANDARD OVERTIME PREMIUM US_EARN_BASE processing formula couldn't be successfully processed.
Context TIME_DEFINITION_ID wasn't set when used at line 63 of formula US_EARN_PREMIUM_RATE.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-submit a flow.
-run the recalculated retroactive flow.
-The error above is present.
