Missing Field Values After Upgrade (Doc ID 3018428.1)

Symptoms

After recent Upgrade 4.23.1.0.1 of the OHI portals the following issues were discovered:
1) In Policies Person name is missing from Person Hyperlink on Policies page
2) Under policy holder section we see values missing/invisible in subscriber type
