Goal

In the Manage Rule Group workspace, there are two rule groups (Supply Chain Network and Replenishment Parameters). Select "Setup" for the Supply Chain Network rule group and "Parameters" for Replenishment Parameters rule group under the "Rule Group Type" dropdown measure on the Enable & Setup view.
The identical product, location, source location and attribute scopes are selected for both. However, after calculating the Rule Groups, the measures "All Product-Location Count" and "Product-Location Valid Count" have different values for both those rule groups. Why, when the scope of the rule groups is exactly the same.
