The Incremental PVO "FscmTopModelAM.ContractsCoreAM.ContractPartyContactP" Is Not Correctly Updated (Doc ID 3018605.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After enabled FscmTopModelAM.ContractsCoreAM.ContractPartyContactP PVO, for contract parties observed that the report is not populated
This is an Incremental PVO, for which was setup UNION ALL function.
The updates on the contract header do not trigger proper update in the contact parties PVO (FscmTopModelAM.ContractsCoreAM.ContractPartyContactP). If any update in the contract header is made, the contact party PVO is empty.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the report to be populated after any updates at the contract haeder

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enabled the POV
2. Made a change at the contract header and the report is still blank
