Symptoms

The Summary Metrics Dashboard is not displaying any information when searching for a specific course.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to My Client Groups > Learning > Learning Assignments
  2. Search for Learning Item Title: xxx'xxx
  3. The search completes successfully and shows users but the information under "Learner Results" is not populating with any information.
