Customer order sale posting business scenario clarification needed.
Thank you so much for your time and patience.
The RTLOG issue has been overcomed. Still we are trying to make work a scenario regarding XStore sales. Let me give the background:
We did create a customer order to be picekup by customer at the store. In this scenario Xstore will send to SACS a sales transaction where the rtlogOrgSys = POS and tranProcessSys = POS. This tranction will be uploaded into SACS and will be extracted to MFCS.
OMS will also generate a sale transaction with rtlogOrgSys = OMS and tranProcessSys = POS which according to Customer Order Journeys that transaction will be uploaded and available into SACS but will not be exported to any system.
All above is working however this is leading us into an issue from an inventory perscpective. The transaction from Xstore(uploaded in SACS) will be exported to MFCS which will decrease the inventory at the physical store. In terms of inventory we are ok however the sales is also recognized to the physical store. There is a system option in MFCS to drive the sales recognition in such scenario called account_for_sale. This flag is current configured with the value 'OL' meaning Order Location. In such scenario the behavior expected is:
Sale = E-commerce Store and Virtual Transfer = Store A to E-commerce Store.
This is not happening. Can you please help me understand what I am missing?
