Fusion Global Payroll: Inactive Bank Accounts are Extracted in GPI instead of Active Bank Accounts (Doc ID 3018691.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Global Payroll Interface is extracting old inactive bank account added by employees instead of the new bank account associated in personal payment method .


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the bank account is made inactive and a new bank account is added in PPM, the last active bank account should be reported in GPI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Employee  inactivated the existing bank account associated to a PPM and associate a new  active bank account .

2. Run Global Payroll Interface.

3. Notice that the inactive bank account is extracted by seeded GPI.
