Symptoms
When attempting to manually create an invoice, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Alert: The system has encountered unexpected errors: UNIQ-I23. You need to contact Customer Support for further investigation with error code.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the environment
- Go to the Business Process (BP)
- Click create
- Fill in required mandatory details
- Click submit.
- Error dialogue box will appear.
- Alert: The system has encountered unexpected errors: UNIQ-I23. You need to contact Customer Support for further investigation with error code.
