Symptoms

When attempting to manually create an invoice, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Alert: The system has encountered unexpected errors: UNIQ-I23. You need to contact Customer Support for further investigation with error code.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the environment
  2. Go to the Business Process (BP)
  3. Click create
  4. Fill in required mandatory details
  5. Click submit.
  6. Error dialogue box will appear.
  7. Alert: The system has encountered unexpected errors: UNIQ-I23. You need to contact Customer Support for further investigation with error code.
