Symptoms

While loading Element Entries by using HSDL, getting an error.

The entry value is in an incorrect format. The value entered ({ENTRY_VALUE}) is in an incorrect format for {UNIT_OF_MEASURE} unit of measure, as defined on the input value {INPUT_VALUE_NAME}.
