Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After loading Element Eligibility via HSDL successfully and after loading Element Eligibility Costing Options using the HSDL Costing Options V2 Spreadsheet Template successfully, reviewing the Costed Input Values under the Element Eligibility of Costing, there's no mention of the Costed Input Values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After loading the Element Eligibility Cost Options via HSDL, the Costed Input Values should be present within the Fusion HCM UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:'

  1. Load Element Eligibility via the HSDL Payroll Element Details Spreadsheet Template successfully
  2. Load Element Eligibility Costing Options using the HSDL Costing Options V2 Spreadsheet Template successfully
  3. Observe that the Costed Input Values are missing within the Fusion HCM UI
