Symptoms

Total queue number doesn't correspond to the approx sum of all message step queues under the same launch condition.

On : 23.C.03 version, Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Total message queue lower than an approx sum of all message step queues.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Total message queue should be as sum of all lower message queues

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configuration > Message scenario
2. Compare total message queue with a  message step queues
