When Changing Personal Information Details "An error has occurred creating business component 'Clinical Account Investigator History' used by business object' And changes Are Not Saved In CTMS Application (Doc ID 3019008.1)

When changing Personal Information details of Site Contact navigating from Region in "Clinical Trail Management System" Application the following error occurs and Personal contact Information is not saved."An error has occurred creating business component 'Clinical Account investigator History' used by business object 'Clinical Region'.

Below are the steps to reproduce the issue.

1. From Sitemap Navigate to Administration - Product -> Product Definition
   Click on + and Create record with the below product details
   Product: TestClinical_april12
   Product Type: Compoundthe
   Release the product by Click on the "Release" button.

2. From First Level View bar Select Account
    Create new Account record with below details
    Name: TestAccounteClinic_April12
    Account: Clinic

3. Go to Sitemap and navigate to Administration - Clinical
    From dropdown select Program List - Create New record with the below details
    Program: TestClinicalProgram_April12.

4. Click on the Application Field in the popup applet add the below details.
    Product: TestClinicalProgram_April12
    Number: 121
    Type: CTN
    ++Save the record

5. Protocol List - Create record with Protocol#: TestClinicalProtocol add below details to applet
   Program: TestClinicalProgram_April12
   Status: In Progress
   Product :TestClinical_april12
   Phase : 1
   ++save the record

6. Region List - Create new record with the below details
  Protocol#: TestClinicalProtocol_April12
  Region: USA
  Status: In Progress
 # Planned sites : 4
 # Planned Subjects:4
 ++Save the record

7. From the Drop down select the Site List
  Create new record with below details
  Site #: 444
  Protocol #: TestClinicalProtocol_April12
  Region: USA
  Status: Planned
  PI Last Name : Administrator
  PI First Name : Siebel
  Account : TestAccounteClinic_April12
  Save the record

8. Now drilling down on Field "Region" i.e USA you will be navigated to view "Clinical Region Sites View" having Applet "Clinical Region Site List Applet" below.

In the below applet change the PI Last Name to "Channel Partner" and First Name to "Guest" From the Pick applet popping up on Field "PI Last Name" and save the record. Can see the below error message popping up .

An error has occurred creating business component 'Clinical Account Investigator History' used by business object 'Clinical Region'.Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration. (SBL-DAT-00222).

In the same applet i.e., Clinical Region Site List Applet, drill down on field Site :444. will be navigated to View "Clinical Trip Report View" with Site Visits tab below.

Select the "Contacts" Tab from the drop down of "Site Visits" view tab.

9. In the below current applet i.e., "Clinical Account Investigator Role List Apple " can see the below.

   Actual
      Last Name: Administrator
      First Name: Siebel

  Expected
      Last Name: Channel Partner
      First Name: Guest
