Symptoms

Cleanup Closed Warehouse Containers batch does not delete deliveries on the same date as when the batch is run adhoc.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Receive WH to ST Transfer on 08-MAR-2024

TSF_DELV. RECEIVED_DATE = 08-MAR-24 15:49:50
TSF_DELV.STATUS = 2
TSF_CARTON.STATUS = 4

2. Run the batch adhoc on 08-MAR-2024 18:00:00.
3. Records not purged
