Symptoms
Within Oracle Fusion Applications pages, an Input Search Component is used when a search is performed. The width of the suggestions box that comes up coincides with the edge of the screen, which causes a strobing effect.
The width of this suggestion box depends on the content/columns of results selected to be shown. It is a very corner case when the content/results of a search performed is such that it coincides with the edge of the browser. However, in at least one reported case, this was constantly happening.
