Symptoms

ACTUAL ISSUE:

In Primavera Administration, when trying to remove/add application access, the process is failing with the error below:

ERROR:

Creating or Modifiying Users:
unassigning Application Access failed : Due to Failed: Unifier Response - ["User [USERNAME] does not exist for update" - 5555]
Revoking Application Access failed for user [USERNAME]
Completed unassigning of Application Access []
Updated Application Access for User: [USERNAME]
