Symptoms

STEPS
----------
1. Initiator performs Request a New Position / Edit Position / Request a Position Change transaction

2. The approver edits the transaction and attaches a file to the Position Details section before approving the transaction

3. When checking in Position Details, the uploader name of the file attached belongs to the initiator of the transaction instead of the approver that attached the file
