Unable to Perform Mass Update for Dependent Fixed Choice List fields (Doc ID 3019434.1)

 After 24B Workspace Mass update will give below Warning Message when trying to perform Mass update on FCL fields which have Parent Constrained fields.

This field can't be updated because its controlling "XXX" field has different values for the selected <Object> records.

This is a new Feature with 24B which ensures the dependent FCL's are correctly selected to avoid any errors before starting Mass Update.

 STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Navigate to Workspace > Opportunities
2. Select Multiple records and click on Update.
3. Select field "Sales Stage". Notice below warning message.

This field can't be updated because its controlling Sales Method field has different values for the selected Opportunities records.
