Diagnostics Buttons are Unavailable/Missing in OTM/GTM Cloud Diagnostics Servlets Like Object Lock and Mediator (Doc ID 3019475.1)

Symptoms

While working on OTM and/or GTM Cloud instances, it has been noticed that, few of the Diagnostics Buttons are not available there like in On-Prem instances.

Login as DBA.ADMIN in Cloud instance and perform the below:

*Navigate to : Configuration and Administration > Technical Support > Diagnostics and Tools > Event Management > Objects Locks
  Observation : Unlock All button is NOT available in Cloud

*Navigate to : Configuration and Administration > Technical Support > Diagnostics and Tools > Event Management > Mediator
  Observation: Release All and Check All buttons are NOT available in Cloud

Changes

These buttons were intentionally removed in Cloud OTM/GTM.
