Reference Number In Journal Header For ReSA Journals Are Incorrect

Goal
We have Retail to Finance out of the box integration and ReSA is sending journals as part of integration.
In ReSA there is a reference number at line level and in Finance we have reference number at Journal header Level.
In the mapping file it was mentioned to map the reference at reference field 6, There are multiple invoice lines which are coming from ReSA with different Reference numbers but we can see only one reference number in the journal batch which is causing the issue.
