BICC Scheduled Extract Error:JBO-BIACM0105 - Unable to upload files to external storage

We have been running BICC scheduled extracts fine for the past year. In the last 2 months we have had 2 scheduled jobs fail due to rror:JBO-BIACM0105 - Unable to upload files to external storage. We are using OCI Object Storage as a storage connection. The following day we can test the external storage connection successfully and run the extracts again without errors.

Failed submission times: 2024.02.19 PM 12:00:24 & 2024.02.07 PM 12:00:15

Can we please determine the root cause of failure and how to prevent in the future

Should be able to upload the files

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Schedule the job from BICC to run > save the output to OCI > fails

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the output
