Symptoms
When attempting to credit note with VPN,
the following error occurs.

@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables@2REIM_INJECTOR_SQL.DERIVE_ITEM
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make 2 different item from 2 different supplier with same VPN.
2. Load a EDI file with Ceridt note request without order number
3. Edi batch thrown the error "@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables@2REIM_INJECTOR_SQL.DERIVE_ITEM"
