Symptoms
In RPCS, While integration Price change create and Deletion, BDI_SEQ_ID is generated incorrectly.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. User created an price change and approved price change.
2. After sometime he brought back the price change to worksheet.
3. Reapproved the price change. Observe BDI_SEQ_NO is generated Incorrectly.
